“Money isn’t just numbers—it reflects the life you’re building.”
Stephanie Groschup founded ArchHaven & Co. Wealth Partners to redefine what wealth management feels like for the people it serves. After more than two decades in finance, she recognized that clients were not simply looking for transactional advice—they wanted clarity, context, and a true partner to help them navigate complex decisions with confidence.
A Trusted Guide Through Complexity
Clients turn to Stephanie when decisions feel uncertain. For corporate executives, that may mean navigating complex compensation structures involving restricted stock and integrating them into a tax-aware strategy. For business owners, it involves aligning personal wealth growth with the demands of growing a company. For younger clients, it may be guidance on first major milestones.
In moments of market volatility or uncertainty, Stephanie is known for being a steady presence. She helps clients stay grounded through thoughtful explanation, communication, and disciplined adjustments when appropriate—bringing perspective when emotions or market noise threaten to distract from long-term goals.
Perspective on Wealth
Stephanie often helps clients rethink the role money plays in their lives. She believes wealth should support life—not the other way around. At its best, wealth creates flexibility and freedom: the ability to live in alignment with one’s values, support meaningful causes, and make decisions from a place of intention rather than urgency.
To her, successful wealth management is not directive or one-sided. It is a true collaboration-someone who listens carefully, offers thoughtful solutions, and refines strategies as life evolves. As circumstances change, so do the strategies that support them.
